  Horrible experience this past weekend. We pulled up to select our car wash, and the girl leaning on the podium snatched our credit card and was slamming her hand repeatedly on the buttons to select the wash we wanted. As we waited our turn to go through the car wash, we noticed the truck immediately before us was rather large. Lift kit and larger wheels. My husband waited a few seconds to give us some space before entering the wash, and the attendant inside couldn't be bothered with that, so he just shouted "GO!" They ran our truck just feet behind the larger truck - bad idea. The larger truck in front of us was too large for the wash; it fell off the tracks twice, the attendants had to emergency stop the wash twice and we nearly crashed into the back of the truck. I'm not sure we got what we paid for given how much of a cluster it was to just get through the wash without it being turned off to try and get the truck in front of us out safely.
  
  This place is hit or miss, depending on the attendants working. Some days the folks are pleasant and there are no problems, other times folks are rude and can't be bothered to do their jobs.
