  Experienced two bad services in this Fairfield , Ca , Oliver street today at 1:45pm 3/25/16 I was in a drive thru and seated for 10 minutes and have to back out because it was hot and humid .. I came inside and letting them know that there is a standstill outside and line is not moving . I was thinking they were closed.. I was told by this young lady that they have 7 orders of Frapucino that's why . And when I was getting ready to order she told me that my order will be delay too!!? I just walked out and felt angry after 15 minutes wait and was late for my 2pm appointment.
  
  The other experienced same store was early morning , she was given me attitude and slam the automatic window harder than normal because she did not understand how to reload my Starbucks card . My bad i used the word "refill" instead so she did not understand it .
  
  . In my experienced even McDonald's and other fast food places have the big order moved over and get the rest of the cars order moving . This lady felt entitled that they have a big order to do . The customer in this store is zero .. Young cashier did not even apologized for the inconvenience for the rest of the people sitting out in a hot weather . There were only 5 people on a busy hot Friday ..no apology was given to me for my wait ...
  
  I think customer service in some areas needs to be improved and changed . They need to respect customers and apologized and not felt entitled.
  
  Bathroom in one of the Hayward, Ca Starbucks in grove street is always out of toilet paper and its dirty .. Cashier had piercing on her lip and I could hear them talking about she's still on her break , and some foul language in front of me waiting for my drink ..
  
  I hope you guys are listening and have this as a positive changed in some of your stores ..
